How to use
In order to prepare an isotonic solution you should pour 1 sachet into the bottle, and then make it to the marked line of 240 ml with boiled, cooled water.
In order to prepare a hypertonic solution pour 2 sachets into the bottle, and then make it to the marked line of 240 ml with boiled, cooled water.
Adults and children over 4 years of age: rinse nose and sinuses 1-2 times daily or as directed by your doctor. Children can use the product only under the supervision of an adult.
