Usage:
Put the socks on clean and dried feet, without spilling the liquid contained in them. Fit the socks to the foot size with the included adhesive strip. For additional comfort , and better effect add additional cotton sock. Leave the socks on the feet for 2h then remove, wash off excess liquid and wipe the feet dry with a towel.
