Hops are a type of climbing plant from the hemp family. In Poland, it grows wild in damp thickets. Stems grow from underground rhizomes and reach a height of up to 9 meters. Characteristic and at the same time interesting for hops is the fact that the shoots bend clockwise during growth. Common hop grows on fertile soils, in places with good sunlight. The region famous for hop cultivation is the Lublin region in Poland.

Method of preparation: 1 teaspoon of dried leaves pour 1 cup of boiling water, brew covered for 5-8 minutes.
