Cinnamon:

The properties of cinnamon were known in antiquity. It strengthens, warms up and stimulates the digestive system, stimulates the secretion of gastric juice and intestinal motor activity, has carminative and diaphoretic effects and lowers blood sugar levels. It is used in colds, rheumatism, lack of appetite, indigestion and chronic diarrhea.

Mint:

Mint stimulates the secretory functions of the stomach and liver, increases the amount of gastric juice and bile, facilitates digestion and assimilation of food, removes nausea, also related to motion sickness, and prevents vomiting. It has a diastolic effect and reduces the tension of smooth muscles of the bile ducts, intestines and urinary tract, prevents bile stasis in the gallbladder, enables proper movement of intestinal contents and the escape of gases, has a carminative and analgesic effect. It has a strong antibacterial effect in the bile ducts and intestines, destroys antibiotic-resistant bacteria and has a mild calming and diaphoretic effect.
